Sometimes it holds a relationship that has changed\, a dream that didn't unfold\, a part of ourselves we've left behind or something we are still waiting for. In this creative and reflective Creative Reset\, we will explore the meaning of the empty chair and the stories\, feelings and possibilities it can hold. Through writing\, art-making and gentle reflection\, we will give space to what is absent while also considering what might be waiting to take its place.\nWho or what is represented by your empty chair? What do you want to say? What do you want to remember?
