Sometimes it holds a relationship that has changed\, a dream that didn't unfold\, a part of ourselves we've left behind or something we are still waiting for. In this creative and reflective Creative Reset\, we will explore the meaning of the empty chair and the stories\, feelings and possibilities it can hold. Through writing\, art-making and gentle reflection\, we will give space to what is absent while also considering what might be waiting to take its place.\nWho or what is represented by your empty chair? What do you want to say? What do you want to remember? And what might you be ready to make room for?This is an invitation to sit with absence without needing to fill it\, fix it or have all the answers.No artistic experience is necessary.
